Email us with app questions, privacy requests or reports of inappropriate content. Include your SurfBuddy username and a description. Do not send passwords or Apple credentials.

Report and block

Open the menu on a profile, session or chat message to report content. You can also block a rider; their content is hidden on your device.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. An iCloud connection is required. If deletion cannot be completed, reconnect and try again, or email us.

No emergency service

Check-ins are personal reminders. SurfBuddy does not alert buddies or emergency services. Use your local emergency number in an emergency.
